Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert electrical engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial bidding and proposal preparation to project execution and commissioning for renewable energy projects.
- Develop detailed electrical designs, specifications, and single-line diagrams for solar PV, wind power, and other renewable energy systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Perform comprehensive technical calculations, simulations, and analyses for power systems, protective relaying, grounding, and lightning protection.
- Evaluate technical risks, assess project feasibility, and develop effective mitigation strategies during the bidding process and project implementation.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and structural engineers, as well as project managers, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with relevant local (SNI) and international codes, standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE), and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review high-quality technical documentation, reports, drawings, and project specifications.
- Support on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities as required, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical design and engineering, specifically within the renewable energy sector (solar PV, wind power).
- Strong understanding of power system analysis, protection, control, and grid integration principles.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, PSCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSS/E).
- Familiarity with Indonesian (SNI) and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
- Demonstrated experience in technical proposal preparation, feasibility studies, and project bidding processes is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) are essential for this role.
