This is a critical role for an experienced professional who possesses a deep technical background in utility-scale solar PV project development, installation, and commissioning. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing electrical systems for high-impact renewable energy projects, ensuring adherence to global safety standards and local grid compliance.

You will be responsible for overseeing the electrical integration of solar arrays, coordinating with international stakeholders, and providing technical support to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of utility-scale solar PV electrical systems.
- Provide technical support and oversight for electrical engineering activities, including medium and high-voltage connections.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Chinese stakeholders and suppliers, facilitating clear technical communication and project alignment.
- Perform on-site inspections and quality control audits to ensure compliance with Philippine electrical codes and safety standards.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), bill of materials, and commissioning reports.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during the construction phase to minimize downtime and operational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to optimize energy yield and system efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
- Proven professional experience in utility-scale solar PV projects is mandatory.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to communicate effectively with international project partners.
- Strong knowledge of solar inverter technology, PV array configurations, and grid-tie systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical system simulation software (e.g., PVsyst).
- Ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Must be willing to be based in Cavite City with occasional travel to project sites.
