We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Electrical Engineer / Teknisi Kelistrikan to join our expanding team. As our Electrical Engineer, you will be the backbone of our boat electronics and power systems. You will work closely with our production team to ensure every electrical componentāfrom navigation systems to motor integrationāis installed to the highest international safety and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems for luxury and commercial marine vessels.
- Conduct rigorous testing of boat electronics, lighting, navigation aids, and engine management systems.
- Interpret and implement complex electrical schematics and blueprints for boat manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot, identify, and repair electrical faults in existing vessel wiring.
- Collaborate with the mechanical and production teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
- Maintain high-quality standards in cable routing, soldering, and terminal connections to prevent corrosion and hardware failure.
- Document all electrical configurations and maintenance procedures for quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical vocational certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marine electrical systems, automotive electronics, or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of marine safety standards and electrical circuit design.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with standard electrical tools, multimeters, and marine-grade wiring equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for safety and detail.
- Willingness to be based in Bali and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing schedule.
