Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the lifecycle and inventory of specialized electrical tools and diagnostic equipment within the Tool Depot.
- Perform regular calibration, safety inspections, and quality checks on electrical assets to ensure compliance with global safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Asia Pacific Resource Planning team to forecast tool availability and optimize distribution for regional project sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with electrical tooling and provide rapid solutions to minimize project downtime.
- Implement and maintain robust digital tracking systems for tool utilization and maintenance logs.
- Support the procurement of new tooling technology, assessing cost-efficiency and technical requirements.
- Ensure all depot activities adhere to Siemens Energy’s strict Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within an industrial or energy sector environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical tooling, calibration standards, and asset management principles.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets for resource planning and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational improvements.
- Valid working rights in Malaysia.
