WSP is a leading global professional services firm, and we are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer (Transportation & Infra) to join our dynamic team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will provide competent, independent electrical engineering support on a variety of challenging transportation and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about sustainable design and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet both client expectations and stringent safety standards.
As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within broader infrastructure developments. You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into robust technical designs while adhering to local regulations and industry best practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide competent, independent electrical engineering support on assigned projects, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
- Prepare detailed technical designs, calculations, and specifications for electrical systems, including power distribution and lighting.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and feasibility studies to identify requirements and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical solutions into transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all designs and deliverables strictly comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Assist in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in transportation or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar industry-standard tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a distinct advantage.
