Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee all daily electrical maintenance, repair, and installation activities to ensure optimal building performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety codes, regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of junior electricians and technical staff to foster professional growth.
- Monitor electrical systems for potential faults and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other engineering departments and external contractors to coordinate project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports regarding system performance, safety audits, and budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in electrical engineering supervision, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage/high voltage distribution, and control systems.
- Valid Electrical Engineering License (SKN) is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
