Are you an experienced Electrical Engineering professional ready to take on a leadership role? PT Eco Nusa Global is inviting a dedicated Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability across our facilities in Kesamben, Jawa Timur.
As the Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in driving our operational excellence. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage complex electrical projects, and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. We are looking for a visionary leader who can foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities and repair works.
- Ensure strict compliance with national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential hazards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of electrical technicians to enhance their technical skills.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults to restore operational continuity.
- Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance supplies and project resources.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to optimize equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical supervision or maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of power distribution, circuitry, and industrial machinery.
- Valid Professional Engineer (SKN/SIP) license is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
