MVP Asia Pacific is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our expanding engineering team in Clark Freeport Zone. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of electrical projects. We are looking for a professional who possesses a deep understanding of electrical systems, materials, and labor costs to help us deliver excellence to our international clients.

You will work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and engineers to ensure that all bids are precise, compliant with local codes, and reflective of current market trends. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and related documents to determine the scope of work and required resources.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs to produce comprehensive and accurate project estimates.
- Prepare and submit professional tender documents and bid proposals within established deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for electrical components and materials.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risk factors during the estimation process.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of historical cost data to improve future estimation accuracy.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review project progress and adjust estimates as needed during the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical estimation, preferably for commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical components, industry standards, and local building codes.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Trimble, or Excel-based systems).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers and clients.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., PEE or REE) is highly desirable but not strictly required.
