Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial electrical projects, including labor, material, and equipment requirements.
- Perform comprehensive take-offs from construction drawings and blueprints.
- Solicit, analyze, and compare competitive quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
- Manage the entire bid management process, ensuring all deadlines and tender requirements are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to address scope changes and value engineering opportunities.
- Maintain an organized database of historical costs and vendor pricing for future reference.
- Identify potential project risks and incorporate contingency plans into estimates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electrical estimation, specifically within the commercial construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Advanced mathematical skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent command of estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of electrical code requirements and standard construction industry practices.
