We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team in Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive failure analysis on defective NAND flash memory devices using advanced microscopy and electrical characterization tools.
- Develop and optimize innovative Failure Analysis (FA) methodologies and protocols to accelerate time-to-market.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical and physical defects to prevent future yield excursions.
- Collaborate closely with Process, Device, and Design Engineering teams to drive yield improvement and reliability enhancements.
- Document detailed findings and present technical reports to stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize statistical data and failure metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions for production issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor Failure Analysis (FA), Yield Engineering, or Reliability Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Failure Analysis equipment such as SEM, FIB, TEM, or similar microscopy techniques.
- Deep understanding of NAND flash memory architecture, operation principles, and common failure mechanisms.
- Proficiency in data analysis software, programming languages (e.g., Python, Perl), and technical documentation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech R&D environment.
