Tanggung Jawab
- Produce accurate overnight electrical estimates and cost calculations for various projects
- Develop professional proposals tailored to client requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure proposal alignment with technical standards
- Analyze project specifications and provide technical recommendations for optimal solutions
- Maintain and update estimation databases and pricing models
- Present proposals to clients and address technical queries during the bidding process
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to enhance estimation accuracy
- Support revenue growth targets through high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in electrical estimation, proposal writing, or technical sales
- Proficient in electrical design software and estimation tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Philippine electrical codes and standards is an advantage
- Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving
