Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test electrical hardware components for semiconductor products
- Oversee comprehensive QA/QC activities to ensure product quality and compliance
- Conduct equipment buy-off procedures and validate technical specifications
- Implement corrective actions for quality issues and ensure continuous improvement
- Manage supplier quality relationships and evaluate vendor performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware solutions
- Document design processes, test results, and quality control measures
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in electrical hardware design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical hardware design, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of PCB design, schematic capture, and component selection
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, standards, and methodologies
- Experience with equipment buy-off procedures and technical validation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supplier management
- Proficiency in relevant design software and testing tools
