Join Adaro Water's dynamic engineering team as an Electrical & Instrument Coordinator, where you'll drive operational excellence in our water management infrastructure. We seek a dedicated professional to oversee electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. This pivotal role involves coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex systems, and implementing safety protocols across our Tanjung operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability while contributing to our commitment to sustainable water resource management. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to maximize system uptime and efficiency
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical control systems and instrumentation
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex electrical faults and instrumentation malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations in all technical operations
- Manage technical documentation including P&IDs, loop diagrams, and calibration records
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and new project implementations
- Monitor and optimize SCADA system performance for real-time operational control
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices in electrical safety and instrumentation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/instrumentation coordination within industrial settings
- Strong proficiency with PLC systems, SCADA platforms, and industrial control systems
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., Low Voltage, High Voltage) preferred
- Expert knowledge of calibration procedures for industrial instrumentation
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and P&IDs
- Experience with CMMS systems for maintenance planning and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
