Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems in production environments
- Manage and oversee E&I contractors to ensure compliance with safety protocols and technical specifications
- Diagnose complex electrical faults and instrumentation issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Implement maintenance schedules and documentation systems for E&I equipment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company safety regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for equipment upgrades and system modifications
- Analyze equipment performance data to recommend reliability improvements
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial E&I maintenance or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation technologies
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance projects in industrial settings
- Valid electrical work permits and relevant certifications (e.g., Class 1/2 Electrical Worker)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, P&IDs, and control schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
