Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and execute preventive maintenance for plant electrical equipment, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults and instrumentation malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and calibration of control systems, sensors, and electrical components
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules while maintaining accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and energy efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all electrical and instrumentation activities
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation and industrial control systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in chemical manufacturing or industrial automation
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles, control loop tuning, and calibration techniques
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control logic diagrams
- Experience with preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems
- Certifications in electrical safety (e.g., Low Voltage, Hazardous Area) are highly advantageous
