Tanggung Jawab
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control panels, and instrumentation equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, PLCs, sensors, and process control systems
- Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accurate measurements and regulatory compliance
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and modifications
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards during all operations
- Respond to emergency breakdowns with efficient diagnostic and resolution strategies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, P&IDs, and equipment manuals
- Certification in PLC programming or instrumentation systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
