Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement electrical and instrumentation (E&I) systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of E&I equipment, including PLCs, DCS, sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including P&IDs, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and cause & effect charts.
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and provide technical support during project execution phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, process, and civil engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures in all E&I activities.
- Participate in fault diagnosis and resolution, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies for potential integration into existing or new systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation design, installation, or maintenance, preferably in an industrial or plant environment.
- Strong understanding of process control systems, including PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider) and DCS.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., IEC, ISA, NFPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders.
