Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive care for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and HMI systems.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential faults and implement corrective actions.
- Lead or participate in electrical improvement projects, system upgrades, and capital expenditures.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and technical reports accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Valid Electrical Technician certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical faults.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
