Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical panels, motors, and facility lighting systems.
- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in a timely manner.
- Install and commission new electrical equipment according to industry safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment repairs.
- Monitor energy usage and support efficiency improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Ensure all work complies with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
- Support emergency troubleshooting tasks to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility-wide technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or Maintenance Assistant is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Solid knowledge of industrial safety procedures and electrical maintenance best practices.
- Ability to operate basic electrical tools and multi-meters effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work on shifts and respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed.
- Physical stamina to perform on-site maintenance tasks effectively.
