Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on AC, chiller, and freezer systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in building systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all electrical equipment
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems as needed
- Document all maintenance activities and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other team members to address facility-wide maintenance needs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational school (SMK) degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance
- Proficiency in computer applications related to maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of AC, chiller, and freezer systems
- Familiarity with building electrical systems and plumbing
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
