Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and control panels
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Overhaul and upgrade industrial machinery electrical components
- Implement energy efficiency improvements and power system optimizations
- Manage electrical spare parts inventory and procurement processes
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on safe electrical practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, AC/DC drives, and power distribution
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., OSHA 1910.301-399)
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Problem-solving skills for complex electrical diagnostics
