Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and control panels
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes (PUE, K3)
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and energy efficiency
- Document maintenance activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain asset records
- Train junior technicians on safe electrical practices and maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (S1 Teknik Elektro)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, CAD, or maintenance management software)
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, control systems, and automation principles
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., LK, PUE) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid electrical work permit and willingness to work flexible hours
