Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for electrical operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and new installations
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior staff on best practices in electrical maintenance
- Monitor energy consumption and identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, and power distribution
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001) preferred
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and tools
- Problem-solving skills with systematic troubleshooting approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
