We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our electrical maintenance operations and drive plant reliability initiatives. As a key leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive electrical maintenance strategies, ensuring optimal performance of critical systems while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards. This position requires a proactive leader capable of managing a technical team, optimizing maintenance workflows, and implementing continuous improvement programs.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance protocols, and team leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to minimize equipment downtime, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall plant efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and skill development
- Develop, implement, and monitor plant-wide electrical maintenance strategies and preventive programs
- Oversee installation, repair, and calibration of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with production departments to minimize operational downtime
- Analyze maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, AC/DC motors, and industrial power distribution
- Certification in electrical maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CEE) preferred
- Proven experience with CMMS software and maintenance management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and training
- Familiarity with ISO 55000 and maintenance excellence frameworks
