You will be responsible for overseeing complex electrical installations, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency troubleshooting, all while ensuring compliance with national electrical codes and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of electrical technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead root cause analysis for electrical system failures and implement long-term corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to minimize operational downtime during scheduled maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of electrical spare parts, and vendor relationships for specialized equipment repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, environmental regulations, and company-specific SOPs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and maintenance logs for executive management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (REE or PECE preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a power plant, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
- Deep understanding of high-voltage systems, transformers, switchgears, and power distribution systems.
- Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
