Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team to ensure high availability and reliability of all plant electrical equipment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical assets, including motors, drives, PLCs, and power distribution units.
- Analyze root causes of electrical equipment failures and execute effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance projects, budgets, and inventory of critical electrical spare parts to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety protocols, electrical codes, and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians to uplift the team's overall competency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and production departments, to coordinate major overhauls and shutdowns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; a valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a heavy manufacturing or cement production environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, VFDs, PLC programming (e.g., Siemens or Allen-Bradley), and instrumentation.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing technical teams.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and arc flash safety protocols.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Office suite.
