Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
- Perform rapid corrective maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems during unexpected machine breakdowns.
- Diagnose and repair complex control systems, including PLC-based architectures and relay logic.
- Monitor factory electrical infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify recurring technical issues and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage spare parts inventory and report on the condition of critical electrical components.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations in all maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, control panels, and automation systems.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI, and industrial sensor technology.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good physical health and ability to work in shifts as required by factory operations.
- Willingness to be based in Cikande, Banten.
