Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems including transformers, switchgear, and motors
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Conduct inspections and testing of high/low voltage equipment to ensure operational safety
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for power plant electrical infrastructure
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and equipment performance data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize operational downtime
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in power plants
- Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, motors, transformers, and control systems
- Certification in electrical safety procedures (e.g., LOTO, Arc Flash)
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Problem-solving skills for complex electrical system failures
- Ability to work in shift-based environments with physical stamina
