Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the M&E team in the design and implementation of electrical systems
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure quality and timeliness
- Develop technical specifications and design documentation for electrical systems
- Manage supply chain activities related to electrical components and equipment
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects
- Conduct regular technical reviews and provide guidance to team members
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation for M&E initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical systems design and project management
- Proven leadership experience managing M&E teams of 5+ professionals
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean electrical codes and regulations
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to manage supply chains and vendor relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
