Tanggung Jawab
- Design and coordinate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects
- Perform technical reviews of MEP drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure implementation aligns with design intent
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Develop cost-effective MEP solutions while maintaining code compliance
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports
- Coordinate with architects and structural engineers for integrated system design
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer in MEP contracting
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in MEP systems is advantageous
