Tanggung Jawab
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to determine component layout.
- Assemble and mount electrical components such as circuit breakers, transformers, relays, and PLCs onto backpanels.
- Execute precise wiring tasks, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and labeling wires according to engineering specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely for drilling, tapping, and mounting enclosures and sub-panels.
- Perform point-to-point continuity testing and basic electrical troubleshooting to ensure assembly accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the fabrication process.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest improvements in panel design or assembly efficiency.
- Maintain an organized workspace and accurately document materials used and work hours spent on projects.
Kualifikasi
- Technical vocational diploma or degree in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in electrical panel building, industrial wiring, or switchgear assembly.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with various electrical tools, multimeters, and fabrication equipment.
- Deep understanding of electrical components and their functions within a control system.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for intricate wiring tasks.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes (e.g., Philippine Electrical Code) and industrial safety standards.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a technical team.
