Tanggung Jawab
- Perform electrical failure analysis (EFA) on semiconductor devices using advanced equipment such as emission microscopy, thermal imaging, and voltage contrast techniques
- Conduct physical failure analysis (PFA) including sample preparation, cross-sectioning, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to identify physical defects
- Document and report findings with detailed analysis, root cause determination, and recommended corrective actions
- Collaborate with design, process, and reliability engineers to implement effective solutions to prevent future failures
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing results
- Stay current with industry standards, new analytical techniques, and emerging failure analysis methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis or related technical field
- Proficiency in operating failure analysis equipment such as SEM, FIB, emission microscopes, and thermal imagers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings
