Asticom is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Davao City. As an Electrical Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, evaluating, and optimizing electrical systems and infrastructure projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and project management skills to ensure our electrical distribution and system projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and local stakeholders to plan robust electrical layouts, conduct load calculations, and manage system capacity. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive electrical designs, plans, and technical specifications for power distribution and system infrastructure.
- Conduct detailed load flow analysis, short-circuit studies, and electrical capacity planning.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to monitor project progress, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, equipment specifications, and technical submittals to ensure quality standards.
- Ensure all electrical plans and installations comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), safety regulations, and local utility standards.
- Perform site inspections and technical assessments to troubleshoot electrical distribution issues and recommend optimal solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) license is required.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in electrical planning, design, or distribution engineering.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD) and electrical simulation tools (e.g., ETAP).
- Strong understanding of power distribution systems, load planning, and electrical system protection.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Davao City and travel to project sites as needed.
