As our Electrical, PLC, and Control Technician, you will be directly involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of industrial automation projects—from initial installation and commissioning to complex troubleshooting and long-term predictive maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the installation, configuration, and commissioning of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA systems.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on industrial electrical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Perform root-cause analysis and complex troubleshooting for electrical, instrumentation, and control system failures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control logic diagrams.
- Oversee electrical modifications and upgrades to ensure compliance with local safety standards and internal technical protocols.
- Document maintenance activities, system modifications, and calibration reports in the digital management system.
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site contractors to manage hardware replacement and system upgrades effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related automation discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, specifically focusing on PLC/SCADA troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in programming or debugging common PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric).
- Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards, industrial circuitry, and motor control centers (MCC).
- Ability to read and understand complex technical schematics and technical documentation.
- Possession of a valid Singapore electrical license (e.g., LEW Level 1 or 2) is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a hands-on, site-based environment.
