Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, scheduling, execution, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery within timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress through KPI tracking and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation, risk assessments, and contingency measures
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and technical specifications
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and handover packages
- Optimize project workflows through continuous process improvement and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project management or similar role
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong expertise in project planning methodologies and scheduling tools
- Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.)
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
