Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle electrical engineering projects from planning through to execution and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow and site compliance.
- Perform electrical system design, calculations, and prepare detailed engineering documentation.
- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to meet safety and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement efficient corrective actions.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to industrial standards and local regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within electrical infrastructure or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.
- Valid professional registration (BEM/IEM) is highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
