In this role, you will manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring excellence from initial engineering and design through to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HV/MV switchgear projects, including engineering, procurement, and installation phases.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications.
- Lead the testing and commissioning phases, verifying that all switchgear operates efficiently and meets regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review comprehensive technical documentation, including single-line diagrams, test reports, and operation manuals.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and smooth handover.
- Perform risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies for high-voltage environments.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues during the project lifecycle and provide practical engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of HV/MV switchgear systems.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, standards (IEC, IEEE), and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or PLS-CADD.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid Electrical Engineer license or professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting and client interaction.
