Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end electrical engineering projects from design through implementation
- Develop detailed electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control systems documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, procurement) to ensure project milestones
- Conduct site assessments, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes (Philippine Electrical Code) and safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical project engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley)
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, motor control, and automation systems
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- P.E. (Professional Engineer) license preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
