YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Electrical Project Manager to lead our high-stakes Data Center infrastructure projects in Cikarang Pusat. As a specialist in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, you will be the cornerstone of our engineering team, ensuring that complex electrical installations, HVAC systems, and Fire Protection protocols meet the highest international standards of safety and efficiency.
In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to final commissioning. We are looking for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses deep technical knowledge of critical power systems, and excels in managing stakeholder expectations and on-site contractor coordination.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end electrical project execution for Data Center facilities, ensuring all phases meet strict technical specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee and coordinate MEP activities, specifically focusing on complex electrical infrastructure, HVAC integration, and fire suppression systems.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, supervise subcontractors, and enforce strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and design discrepancies.
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, RFI logs, progress reports, and final handover manuals.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, Indonesian electrical standards, and global data center certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale industrial, commercial, or data center construction.
- Proven expertise in MEP systems, with a strong understanding of medium/low voltage electrical systems, HVAC design, and fire protection.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and on-site contractors.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to facilitate client and stakeholder meetings.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant professional certifications are considered a significant advantage.
