Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate material take-offs and cost estimations for commercial electrical systems.
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing quotations and preparing tender documents.
- Administer sub-contractor progress claims, variations, and final account settlements.
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide regular financial reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to review electrical drawings and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Attend site meetings to track project progress and resolve contract-related queries.
- Ensure all documentation complies with contractual terms and industry safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Building Services.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, specifically within electrical/M&E projects.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations and contract administration (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost-management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
