- Perform detailed electrical simulations for semiconductor product packages using industry-standard tools
- Analyze signal/power integrity, crosstalk, and EMI characteristics to ensure compliance
- Develop and validate simulation models for advanced packaging technologies
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate simulation insights into product development
- Document simulation methodologies, results, and recommendations for design improvements
- Optimize package designs through iterative simulation and analysis cycles
- Stay current with emerging simulation techniques and semiconductor packaging trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in electrical simulation for semiconductor packaging
- Proficiency with SPICE, EM simulators (HFSS, CST), and signal integrity tools
- Strong understanding of PCB design, transmission lines, and high-speed interconnects
- Experience scripting in Python/Tcl for simulation automation
- Knowledge of JEDEC standards and industry specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
