Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all electrical installation activities on construction sites
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report on electrical system installations
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site problems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare reports and documentation for project completion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards
- Experience with construction project management and site supervision
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in electrical engineering or project management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
