As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across various sites. You will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will champion safety compliance and quality assurance, ensuring that all work adheres to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electricians and technicians
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to align project goals
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical site supervision
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- L1/SCDF certification or equivalent safety training is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
