Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the electrical maintenance team to ensure optimal workflow.
- Ensure all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment are maintained, repaired, and operating at peak efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to ensure strict compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective, cost-efficient solutions promptly.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of electrical parts and materials to prevent downtime due to shortages.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior technicians to enhance their technical skills and safety awareness.
- Collaborate with other department heads to plan and execute electrical projects and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, power distribution, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, meters, and software such as AutoCAD or PLC programming.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid electrical engineering license (SKN) or relevant certification is preferred.
