Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all electrical maintenance activities to ensure continuous and efficient plant operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment to identify potential hazards.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians, assigning tasks and providing technical guidance and training.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults to minimize downtime and repair costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local safety codes, electrical regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance schedules, equipment status, and incident investigations.
- Manage the inventory of electrical spare parts and materials to prevent supply shortages.
- Collaborate with other engineering departments to implement energy-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering or industrial sector.
- Valid Electrical Engineer license or professional certification is required.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and control mechanisms.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proven track record of effective team leadership and communication.
- Experience in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
