- Plan, organize, and execute electrical operations for cost-effective project completion
- Supervise and coordinate electrical teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely milestone achievement
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections
- Manage inventory, equipment, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design and implementation challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision or project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (Philippine Electrical Code), safety standards, and industry regulations
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Expertise in reading technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications
- Certification in electrical safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred
