Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise electrical teams during onshore/offshore drilling operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of drilling equipment electrical systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of electrical installations
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical infrastructure
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for electrical activities
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Valid BOSIET certification mandatory
- Minimum 5 years experience as Electrical Supervisor in drilling operations
- Expert knowledge of onshore/offshore drilling equipment systems
- Familiarity with rig power generation and distribution systems
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards (OSHA, HSE)
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification
- Experience with maintenance planning and budget management
