Join our team as an Electrical Supervisor at KCJ Engineering, where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing electrical projects in Johor Bahru. As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of electrical work, maintaining strict safety protocols, and coordinating team activities to ensure project milestones are met on time.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on various electrical projects, from residential to commercial applications. You'll be instrumental in troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and implementing best practices in electrical installation and maintenance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams on-site
- Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones and delays
- Train and mentor junior electricians and technicians
- Inspect electrical systems for compliance with codes and standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of electrical materials and equipment
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to electrical challenges
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical supervision
- Valid electrical work permit/certification in Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Proficient in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
