Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on-site
- Manage and allocate electrical resources effectively to meet project deadlines
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Inspect and verify electrical work quality against specifications and standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports and technical plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and contractors
- Train and mentor junior electrical staff to enhance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision roles
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC) and safety regulations
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Certification in electrical safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
