In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for all electrical site activities. You will manage a team of technicians, enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA / Suruhanjaya Tenaga), and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your technical expertise in reading SLDs, troubleshooting MV/LV systems, and overseeing installations will be vital to our client's continued success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of electrical technicians and subcontractors on assigned project sites in Johor.
- Develop and manage work schedules for electrical installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Interpret and review electrical blueprints, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring schedules, and technical specifications to guide the team.
- Conduct rigorous on-site inspections to ensure 100% compliance with Malaysian Safety Regulations (OSHA), Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements, and company quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical system faults and performance issues effectively.
- Manage the inventory, procurement, and allocation of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Mentor junior electricians and technicians, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field recognized by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in electrical supervision within the construction, M&E, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Valid Chargeman certificate (AO, A1, BO, B1) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, MCCs, control panels, power distribution, and electrical safety protocols.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on performance and motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to travel and be based in various project locations across Johor.
